Ingredients: Oats (10%), Water; contains 1% or less of canola oil, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, guar gum

Healthy: OatMlk is one of the cleanest labels with 99% oats and water, resulting in a high quality product with much better nutrition.

The product has no preservatives, no added sugar, no lecithin, is high fiber, high protein and is shelf stable for 12 months in ambient temperature.

The remaining 1% is made up of cold pressed rapeseed oil, which is rich in omega 3 and other mineral salts that provide necessary calcium and phosphates, which we would otherwise get from dairy.

Shelf life & Storage: 12 months from the date of manufacturing. The product can be stored at room temperature. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
